Could I get the pen with red ink inside? And if not how could I get a cart of red ink for it?

I'm sorry, we do not offer red ink. The ink cartridge can be changed out on your end though. The pen uses Cross ballpoint pen refills, so you 'll just need to purchase a Red Cross ballpoint refill to change it out. We do not sell these, sorry, but here is a link to these: Cross Red Ink Refills

This pen comes with black ink. It uses Cross style ballpoint pen refills:
