If your gift is personalized, you can choose another gift of the same or lesser value. If your gift is not personalized, you can return it forever, as long as its in new condition. We can't make it any clearer than that.

We also guarantee all of our products will stay in good working condition forever. If at any point, your product becomes defective, just contact us with your order # and we'll replace it free of charge. You won't have to deal with the manufacturer, we all know what a hassle that can be. You will deal directly with us.
